Totally Buggin' is a medium pink (almost magenta in certain lighting) with brilliant violet contrasting shimmer.
Swatches show 2-3 coats on artificial swatch wheels, plus glossy topcoat. They do not dry completely matte but we do recommend glossy topcoat to ensure long lasting mani.
